The process
How it works.
Inspect your clothes
Bring freshly laundered items in excellent, ready-to-sell condition. Every piece must be free of stains, holes, odours, excessive wear, pilling, pet hair, and other damage.
Drop off your items
Bring your items in a bag or box that does not need to be returned. Clearly label it with your full name and phone number.
Drop-offs are accepted during regular store hours with no appointment necessary. There is a 50-item limit per consignor, per month.
We handle the rest
Our team reviews every item and selects pieces based on condition, current styles, brands, and seasonal demand. We price accepted items to give them the best chance of selling.
Items are typically displayed for 90 days, and markdowns may begin after 45 days. Out-of-season items may be stored until the appropriate selling season.
Reap the rewards
You receive 40% of the final selling price. Earnings are automatically credited to your consignor account and can be redeemed as cash or used toward purchases in the store.
Choose what happens to unsold items
At drop-off, tell us whether you want unsold items returned to you or donated to Twice Nice at the end of the 90-day consignment period. Make the same choice for items we do not accept.

After drop-off
Timing & pickups.
The standard selling period is 90 days.
Items are typically displayed for 90 days, and markdowns may begin after 45 days to keep inventory fresh.
We accept all seasons, year-round.
The sales floor reflects the current season. Clothing received outside its selling season may be held in storage until the appropriate time. Near the end of a season, remaining items may be marked down to make room for new inventory.
Summer items typically begin to be marked down in August to make room for fall inventory.
Watch for a pickup text.
At drop-off, choose whether no-thank-you and unsold items should be returned or donated to Twice Nice. If you chose return, you have 14 days from our text to collect them.
Items not collected within 14 days may be donated, discounted, or otherwise disposed of at our discretion.
